Grown ups and girls do it!

Lately Tyler is always wearing glasses and the other day he came to me and said, "Look at how I wear my glasses." I asked where he learned to do that, he replied, "It's how grown ups do it!" He is growing up way too fast for me!!!

These are just a few pictures from when the boys and I joined my family at the Ranch for a few days!
The funny comment Tyler made while up there was when Grandpa dropped a jar of pickles and pickle juice was everywhere. Grandpa got out a mop and started to clean it up. Tyler said, "Grandpa, what are you doing? That is what girls are for!"
Guess, I better start teaching him differently! ;) Silly boy!

Oh Rigby!

Rigby is starting to say more and more and I have a feeling the funny comments are coming so soon! More than what he says, it's what he does that keeps us laughing.
Rigby decided that he would try just one bite of every strawberry at our Super Bowl party!

He is always giving us funny faces and cheesy smiles!

He can keep everyone's attention at the dinner table. He tells the best stories!

We just love his personality!

Baby

We are expecting baby #3!!! We are all so excited!

Tyler's 1st, well thought out question with the new baby on the way:
"If Heavenly Father creates our bodies, then why do we grow in Mommy's tummy?"

Can't wait to see what the next question will be! ;)

Mom to the rescue

Situation: Tyler spilled his cup of milk at the dinner table and Mom is cleaning it up.
Tyler: Mom to the rescue!
Rigby: Tyler to the rescue!
Tyler: No Rigby, I created the problem.
At least he admits when he was in the wrong.

A Busy Day....

Tyler: "Dad, I have a busy day tomorrow."
Me: "Oh, really - what do you have tomorrow?"
Tyler: "Tomorrow, I have to be Spider - Man."

Rocketman

Today Tyler told Kristin and I that he wanted to live in outer space. We laughed and Kristin said, "that would be fun because dad wouldn't have to work in outer space."
Tyler looked puzzled for a moment and said, "well, dad would have to go work on Saturn. That is the best planet."

Gingerbread Drama

Tyler was very excited to make gingerbread houses at his playgroup today. When Kristin picked him up, he couldn't wait to take a picture to send to the family:
Moments later, after a freak stroller and balancing accident... Tyler's smile changed (as did the construction of the gingerbread house):
Luckily, Kristin acted quickly and was able to restore the gingerbread to it's original form - which also restored Tyler's smile:
Tyler couldn't wait to eat the gingerbread house after dinner...and he ate the whole thing :).
